Storytelling is our obligation to next generation.Tell stories to enliven your thought process and perception. All great leaders use storytelling to influence others and spread their message. Stories told by them get the attention of their listeners especially personal stories. They make leaders more relatable to their audience, they inspire trust and confidence, and facilitates united action. We can market our culture, our strengths, our weaknesses and challenges to younger generation. In a way the purpose of story telling is to make children think and perceive the world. Here it would be relevant to conclude that STORY TELLING and SWOC analysis of one's personality are complementary.
